Thank you Tia!! Today is definitely better, I got lots of rest yesterday and drank a lot of water. I must have gotten rid of something, because I woke up almost 4 lbs lighter. Granted, I only managed to keep about 2 glasses of lemonade down yesterday. Today I feel very hungry. I am going to hang in there, definitely! My goal is to break the fast on the 24th, that will be the 22nd day since I started. I will be SO proud of myself if I make it!
Also, my new elliptical machine should arrive today, so I can start adding a good workout to my day which will help me keep things moving - yay!
