Burroughs states in the Master-Cleanse book that you can take mint tea from time to time during the sleanse to freshen the breath and calm the stomache. Best to keep it organic.

I was addicted to the Metro Mint water, but at 1-2$ a bottle I found I could make it myself at home for pennies on the dollar. It took me sometime but I finally found organic peppermint essance, not oil, to flavor my water. just a dab will do you though, other wise it's overwheming.

Ether way I hightly recommend it - its super refreshing!
