I believe I am the only one that recommends chelation and Boron instead of Se. Se will always drop its bond with Heavy Metals, its pathway is not as defined as ALA for instance so as its Half-life is depleted and it has not exited your body it WILL turn into its badly charged state (symptoms above) releasing any Heavy Metal it held onto.. if that's in your brain you are going to have difficulty understanding this :)
