600mg with magnets was the highest i got.

I leveled out 300mg for a while a month or two but then i stopped.

Hoping in the next month or two jump back on it.

2 - 3 grams nearly 3 grams for a couple of days.

I remember years ago on the Iodine Forum it was like 300mg Iodine and i did a few drops of SSKI.

But i dowsed anyways.

Maybe check out that Forum as well Pixer.

Ginagirl helped me a lot over there at that Forum years ago with dosage.

Gold Leafs or Iodine but high levels of it with magnets.

Keep drinking Distilled if you can no other way with regards to these days. Only choice.

-SSKI i havent been exact with, anywhere from a few drops to a few droppers. A couple times i took a higher dose (just free poured) in to a glass and overnight woke up with red bumps on my chest and face. Upping my salt that morning made them fade away.

I think it's removing the toxic D blocking the receptors.

I use a couple gold leafs a day or when i remember.
