I have noticed something very interesting while on this cleanse. Almost every bit of our social activity (well, mine anyway) seems to revolve around food. There's a restaurant every second shop over, a hot dog stand on the corner, coffee shops right next to each other, food courts, grocery stores..
Anyway, the point is, I wonder if it's really all that healthy to be eating the 3 (or more) full meals everyday that we do. I mean, we've only really begun to eat this way a little less than a hundred years ago. Are we supposed to be processing food on a constant basis?
I only bring this up because, while on day 15, the odours of food have begun to pervade my space almost constantly, and, although I am not hungry, I miss the taste of it..but I'm going to 20...
