P&B shakes usually give good results.
1 tbsp psilium husk mixed with 1 tbsp
Bentonite clay ( I like Great Plains Yerba Buena liquid formula). Mix in non-metal container with non-metal utensil and then chug down. Best on empty stomach in the morning. Can do twice a day if you prefer. It can be very dehydrating and can clog you up so make sure you are drinking extra water, getting exercise and having a minimum of 2 poops a day. Take something else for the constipation, if it causes any. Most importantly though, poop as much as you can.
