Hey Chris, I have a question about refeeding between fasts, I completed 28 days, and for the first almost 2 weeks I ate all raw fruit and veg, started with cold pressed juices, I decided a week ago to start another extended fast, and so I wouldn't get too thin I started eating lots of nuts, avocado, and olive/flax oil along with my raw diet.
In the last week I have put on a lot of weight which was my goal, but was this not smart? Should I have tried to stay at my post fast weight before I start again?
Will I not go into as deep of healing because I have all this weight to lose? I put 18 of the 35 lbs I lost back on in a very short time. for the first almost 2 weeks I didn't put on a pound. My period is due to come tomorrow so I am sure a lot of the weight is water...
I plan to start back up on sunday which is 3 weeks after breaking my 28 days.
I would really appreciate your insight. I am having a hard time finding Information on back to back water fasts.
