Having spent 2 years in the 90's as a hired hand on a dairy farm, I can attest to what this woman describes and depicts from having seen and done it firsthand. .... beasts of burden, and then thy die, slaughtered..... but then I got luc ky, gave up the pitchfork and got hired to work in a formal office for less pastorally inclined white collar criminals. Two endeavors from opposite sides of the commercial crime empire ultimately selling similar payoff ...... the things we do and tolerate in the continuum of acquring and consuming our daily bread.
