Did a coffee enema yesterday after a salt-water enema, expelled 2/3 of the coffee enema. I couldn't push out the remaining 1/3 of the coffee enema, but about 2-3 hours later, this was what came out of me:

    Thanks, but how could so much fit in the liver? I did another salt water enema tonight and another huge load came out of me. The bowl was filled with similar bright orange pieces, twice as much as seen in my last photo.

      A lot can fit in the liver but they can also be in the bile ducts. That's good you are getting them out as that can be very difficult. I would keep going until you don't see anymore

    My guess is that drinking a glass of carrot juice pushed it all out of me, a few hours after drinking it. I find that I get the best results by doing an enema approximately 6 hours after drinking a glass. That combined with holding the coffee enema as long as I did probably hit them hard.

    I think those things are too bright red to be liver flukes. Liver flukes tend to be more rust-colored. Just saying.

      Could they be that red because I've been taking sublingual B12 daily for the past few months? Or, from the carrot juice I drank hours before releasing all of that?

        I don't think they're red because of the b12 or carrot juice because I have the same things come out when I do coffee enemas, but not as many and smaller and I only have been on Black-Walnut , Wormwood and cloves for the last several weeks.
        I think I am finally cleaned out for the most part, but wondering how to eradicate it completely as they look like baby flukes now that are expelled.
        Are you taking any medications?

        No, I'm not on any medications ... just been eating fresh pineapple, carrot juice, and some NOW's candida capsules, along with my salt-water and coffee enemas.
