Your program looks OK to me (but then again, who am I???)
Everyone seems to have a system that works for them.
I do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
for "breakfast" or my morning "coffee".
and I prepare in advance (usually a day ahead)
2) 1.5 liter bottles of the lemonade.
I usually drink this all day, as I need it.
Alternating with water-
I believe that one is supposed to drink half their body weight in water-
I'm about 135- so, I guess that's about 65-70oz...
Yeah, that's a lot of fluid.
To be honest, the last 2 successful MCs, I never drank that much water. Mostly lemonade.
I also don't use that much syrup- as I find it far too sweet.
I'm on Day 2-
and I'm happy to say, no pain and no hunger.
I guess I wasn't as addicted to the coffee and cigarettes as I thought.
But like you-Low energy, which is pretty normal.
If you don't mind my asking, how did you hear about this, and what are your reasons for doing this cleanse?
and how long to you plan to go for?
