Yeah, I've been doing almost nothing except Butt Pee in yet only in the morning after the SWF. I'll drink the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and then about an hour later the flood gates open wide, and stay that way for the next 3 hours or so!!! It's been dark brown at first with the last of the Butt Pee sessions (3 hours later) ending up as a yellowish color. Feels great, and I'm making my girlfriend jealous with the fact that I can out do her on the toilet (talking about sitting and peeing like a chic and all yet really letting it fly like a race horse except girly style)... well anyway, I digres...
SO the only BM I do is at the very first and It's from the Poop Tea the night before. It's usually only one and it's not much in volume and it's a rather pudding-ish sort of mess yet defined in shape (not diarrhea like)
Other than than, I pee normally (dude style) throughout the day and it's usually clear enough.
Feels so damn good to be taking care of my body like this!!!!
