Hi, I know from my experience that I needed to take some days to just stay home, read or relax and meditate.
I am probably lots like you. I run, bike, hike, dance, practice yoga asanas- Basically I love and need to move.
I biked too much the first couple days that I was super tired by day 7 and I wanted to quit.
But I chose to just relax a little more and take that time for self reflection because that's a big part of what this whole cleasing experience is for me.
that's all I can say for now. Play it be ear though.. Take a less demanding walk.
