When I feel hungry I out the whole amount of maple syrup. It helps me. I find that I am less hungry while on this cleanse than any other time in my life. I'm also super energetic. I usually am anyways but I am full of focused energy. I remember my lazy friend doing it with me last time - She had sooo much energy that I could barely keep up with her.
Just remember to stick it through for at least 3 days. You will most likely feel better after that. After 5 or 6 days you will probably never want to come off the clease.
for me the biggest challenge is coming off the clease. I re-introduce food too fast and end up feeling horrible and guilty.
But you'll see, this will all have been worth it.
The first time I did it I wrote on this site every day and read many posts to really understand everything. I was never shy to ask for advice and people usualy answered me within 12 hours.
