Hmm.. It's been a long times since I've used Tyrosine for the thyroidian business. One of the strong reasons I persue fasting is what I've learned about candiasis and all the symptoms I've experienced (since the amalgams). The whole business of an impaired pancreas.. well, if you take free-floating amino acids, you need enzymes from the liver and pancreas to carry it across the gut wall so it doesn't just become gutbugger fuel.

Surprisingly enough 'specially when using P & B shakes. My orthomolecular doc said I was pretty high on Mg, but low on Calcium.
