Hey Happymanatee,
Quick question-- would black specks or dots in my stool be considered a parasite of some sort? I didn't see what you described, but when I looked today, I noticed that weaved throughout my BM.
I'm still doing the castor oil -- though slightly less than you recommended I think. I do 1/2 Tablespoon in the AM and again in PM -- so combined 1 TBSP a day (I think you may have done 1 Tbsp and 1 Tbsp, though not sure)...

This is a reply to # 2,273,031It could be parasite eggs, old bile, metals, any number of things, but it is better out than in!
The body is wise, it knows what to kick out first, but if we keep putting chemicals back in, we will be kicking our livers while they're down.
If the castor oil is helping, Andreas Mortiz said you could stay on it up to 21 days in a row, I believe.
You can do castor oil packs too.

Yeah, I agree! I've actually been doing castor oil packs every night for an hour (usually right before I go up to bed).
Oh that's great I can continue the CO for 21 days. I find it to be very gentle-- I'm not having like ridiculous diarrhea like with the Epsoms. I don't know what I was so worried about...I think it feels safer and than Epsoms for sure.
My digestion had improved considerably since Monday, but last night, it was a bit gurgly...and I can't tell if it was my intestines or not, because it was like ~3 inches above my belly button, and I thought the transverse colon was lower than that.
We'll see how it is tonight -- nighttime is always worse, oddly...
