I'm about to begin my own 'master cleanse' and need some help finding what I am safe to eat. I'm planning on doing a total reformation on my diet and excersise habits. Here is my plan so far:
The first month will be geared mostly on diet and colon cleansing. I'm cutting out most refined sugars and flours, dairy, and all hydrogenated oils. I will be giving myself a baking soda enema once daily to help alkalize my body, and trying to sauna 5 times a week, as well as going to the gym for 45 minutes per day. After the first month, I am going to be giving myself a series of liver flushes.
To help clarify, I'm not trying to lose any weight (only weigh 150lbs and am a 6'1" male) I'm trying to get rid of my acne. I have been told that cellular cleansing should do the trick, but my problem is I don't know what to eat while I'm doing this. I know all the stuff I CAN'T eat, but where can I find a nice variety of easy to prepare foods and meals? I've tried to cleanse on several occasions in the past, and have failed every time because I end up getting frustrated because I can't find the 'special' foods anywhere, and ultimately give in to my hunger and just go back to eating my pasta, steak, starches and junk. I don't want this to happen again, so I'm trying to get a daily meal schedule down, but I can't seem to get a decent "menu" of foods that are safe to eat. I can't live off salad and water for 2 months. Can anyone help me get a successful cleanse under my belt?
I'll love you forever :D
