I need a cleanse! I am 23 years old, 5'3", 140
lbs. I work 8am - 7pm Monday-Friday and 8am - 2pm Saturday). I am always tired (I've tried sleeping 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 hours to see if there is a right amount of hours for me - no luck). I am always constipated, and maybe have a BM every third day or so. I've got really bad

I started all this right around the time that I became depressed due to the tragedy. I've spent the last 6 months rebuilding myself, and I believe that I am no longer depressed. Now, I must overcome this issue. I learned to run to food as an answer to my depression.
