I'm sorry that you're having to go through this, I really am. All of us are going through this issue, some worse than others. I've spent thousands of dollars in my doctor's office and on various medical tests: And everything came back normal. So what happened next? I was referred to a psychiatrist and psychologist because my primary care physician thought my odor issues, were just my imagination working overtime.
Basically he thought and still thinks that my condition is purely psychological, but random people gave indications that I smelled bad, and even gossiped about me behind my back. So what are you supposed to do when you've tried talking to medical professionals and not even they're willing to help you? The only recourse is to find a Herbalist or research your condition and try to educate/help yourself through trial and error.
First and foremost I was never tested for TMAU, or any
Body Odor conditions. I do know that certain foods make my condition worse, e.g., egg yolks, egg whites, beef, fried chicken, fish, peanuts, soy products, milk, cheese onions and garlic. So I avoid those foods like the plague. That leaves foods that don't make me smell bad, e.g., kefir, yogurt, pistachios, almonds, carrots, cabbage, snow peas, for example.
Coupled with the fact that I'm now a vegetarian, and I'm taking zinc, kelp, probiotics and a one a day vitamin: These help tremendously. If doctors can't help you, then it's up to you to find out, e.g., food wise what may be causing the problem. You'll have to experiment. Which foods make you smell worse, which foods don't. Remember, you have to eat, and you need protein, choline and a range of different vitamins. The trick is to find out which foods are causing you problems and to stick with a diet plan. Good luck and send me a msg if you have questions.
