what you would get in food and even low supplements. avoidance of fluoride is essential. there is more fluoride in a childs meal at school than in eight glasses of tap water. this is another reason why their target of one mg per day is way off base. then add teflon pans, stainmaster carpet, waterproofed boots, fluoridated drugs, etc.... a ten minute hot shower delivers another 8 glasses of tapwater ingested.
