Hey, guys. Just a quick question. I was waterfasting the past 12 days, after that I had a huge stress and I drank a bit of juice because it was really hard to resist and I had to travel far away, didnt sleep a night and felt extremely tired. When I got home yesterday I felt like I have to breal the fast, so I did it, by juice and fruit. After all, a lot of stuff came out of my stomach, but than I did a mistake and ate some bread. I slept well, had a bowel movement again this morning and actually wanna continue my fast. the question is: do you think its a good idea to do so? Or should I eat a little and then go for fasting again, maybe in 2 or 3 weeks? It was hard for me, and its not the first time.
