Good job for persevering!
To answer your question, DO NOT FREAK OUT. Day-to-day fluctuations in weight, especially in women, are a reflection primarily of water retention. It often happens that the change in water weight outweighs any actual fat loss that is happening, but the fat loss *is* happening. This fluctuation happens and it happens all the time, especially with women. Hormonal things, what exactly you are detoxing right now, literally *anything* can cause this. You could have been dehydrated yesterday, you could be retaining water today, we never know, could be anything. Worry about doing the right thing at each step. As long as you do the right thing, the numbers will follow. Trust the process. And go you! 9 days!
**water fluctuations sometimes result when people drink coke zero or tea or coffee or other zero or low-cal beverages. If these contain caffeine, which is a diuretic and can cause dehydration, or some other chemical with some other action, that can be a reason for the fluctuation, too. If you are this person (I am not saying that you are), quit anything that is not pure water because your liver and kidneys have enough of a job trying to fast-clear accumulated junk, toxins, and acetone/ketones, don't burden them additionally!
Note to self: follow the above advice (I have a caffeine addiction I need to tackle and I know exactly how stupid it is for me to continue to have it but I haven't been able to beat it yet.)
