Dear Leah,
None of the things that you describe will interfere with how well IF works. The reason why people avoid them on longer fasts is that when you put something in your mouth that it recognizes as food, your system gets confused about whether it's going to eat now or what - but this is not a problem unless you are doing a long, hardcore, pure WF. I don't think it will be a problem if one juices or does another modified fast where the desired detox rate is milder, and it certainly won't be a problem with a 1-2 day fast. The worst thing that can happen to you is you can get a desire for food at a time when you've decided you'd rather be fasting. If I were you, I'd try doing my regular thing of baking soda and coconut oil and see if it makes it harder to stick to my plans, and if it doesn't, enjoy! If it does, do only baking soda during fast time and baking soda + oil pulling at the end of your eating window when you're full anyway.
Good luck!
