Day 14

Last day of my fast. I felt great today. My BP this morning was 116/76. I am so happy I did this fast. My pressure before the fast was 143/84. I have learned that the pressure does not sudden;y drop. It took mine until day 5 to see a drop. There were times it spiked back up. I got frustrated and angry at times, but that is because
I didn't understand. I needed to be patient. Anyways my last post. I just drank my watermelon/cucumber/per sprout juice, mmmm.
