Can somebody answer my question ? The idea of Master-Cleanse is to give to intestines a rest , if you take P and B , the Psyllium is fiber which expands inside and supposedly with Bentonite it eliminates
toxins . Does it then disrupt the whole Master-Cleanse process?Is psyllium considered solid intake ?In the colon cleansing forum they said , you can use P&B shakes with Master-Cleanse , any opinions?
