here what im doing.. and in just two days you will feel the result..
1.) eat ONLY oats
2.) Do not eat rice
3.) STRICTLY do not eat meats
4.) Eat vegetables
5.) eat fruits (specially GRAPES)
6.) do home exercise that you cant go further coz of the tiredness.. (home push ups, curl ups is fine)
7.) drink lot of water (do not drink ALKALINE water)
8.) drink probiotics
9.) eat yogurt
10.) eat oat cookie (not chocolate flavor)
11.) stay away of foods that has Sugar
in just two days you'll see the difference
