Hey fasting buddies : )
I'm currently on day 5 of a fast. I'm about 215 lbs, 5'8 tall, 25 years.
I initially went into this fast thinking I would do 30 days of juicing. I'm fortunate right now to be able to stay at my mom's house (junk food free zone) and have not much to do besides relax for the next 3 weeks. I figured this would be a great idea, but I'm sooo bored already! Lol the juice seems to have me full of energy - more then I expected.
I'm now wondering -
Which would be better for me for the purpose of weight loss?
Water Fasting or juice fasting?
I want to lose this weight and KEEP IT OFF! Will doing all water affect my metabolism negativity compared to juicing?
