MoreI bought "lugols iodine" on amazon, a brand called "healh leads"

Per metric drop: 2.2mg of Iodine and 3.3mg of iodide
5.54mg per drop of elemental iodine
I see people talking about just adding their drops to water and drinking it, but on the bottle it says "external use only".

This is a reply to # 2,226,440If you dissolve one drop in a gallon of water, sure you can drink it.
It is all about concentration.
Drink small amount before you start drinking several glasses of water with lugols. Some people are allergic to Iodine. If you start with a small dose, there is a less chance you react to it.

Can I get serious responses. I am extremely low IQ and have virtually no practical intelligence.

Every weekday morning I drink 16 drops of Lugol's in an ounce of distilled water.
I have been doing this for 3 years.
It has done a power of good.
It also has provoked some nasty detoxes.
It does not taste good. :(

This is a reply to # 2,226,440Hi, Health Leeds is a UK shop. I get my Lugol's from their website too. But Lugols is measured differently in the US and the UK. 12% here is different to the US 12%.

I would only use Iodine for painting only, if it says external use only. I have some Lugols from Crows and it just says keep out of reach of children.

women especially need both
iodine for breast tissue , uterus etc
i also use j crows 2%

along with 1 liter filterd water. 2% Lugols it is.
100 mg is about 2 filled 00 caps.
no problems so far.
