SNIFF food, look at food, prepare food! I sure did it all on my 59 day cleanse this summer! But at every moment I knew that I had made the choice not to EAT food. And you know what? When I did break on day 60... food was still there, but I had changed! None of the stuff I thought I would want was what I ended up wanting! You get enough junk out of your system, and your body doesn't want you to put it back in!
I am still eating a wonderful cleansing/rebuilding diet for about the last two months, and feel great. I have lots more cleansing (colon) to do, and will Master-Cleanse
again for sure in January. Meanwhile, I love to visit this place and reminisce about those good old days of lemonade!!! ENJOY them while you are doing them... they are the EXCEPTION in our lives... food is the everyday. Soon enough you will be back to making food decisions... start now to plan your break diet, or all the hard work of fasting is soon lost!
And like JF says, burn that chewy energy on a good walk, etc. Something you love to do for YOU!
