This girl is a bit too bazaar! HOW anyone could not know they had a leech up their nose is a bit too much to "believe".

NOW if she had a worm exiting her body via her nose, that would be very believable…..WHILE swimming, leeches can latch onto a human very easily---but swim up the nose, unnoticed? That seems too much to believe.

As to your question---absolutely NO----a human taking herbs for de-worming aids their own blood supply to hunt down and destroy/dissolve/eliminate parasites……a large leech swimming up the nose: they body would have no defense but to sneeze, sneeze and FREAK OUT IN A PANIC with such a large invader.

"IF" such a thing happened, it also seems bazaar that the girl would want the world to know and show her pictures, etc……
