I'm starting day six today and have been drinking about six glasses of lemonade a day (tried limes for the first time yesterday - YUM!). I've also been exercising moderately. I'm interested in the Master-Cleanse
for cleansing purposes, but also to lose weight (although not much). Here's my concern: at the beginning I lost a few pounds, but lately, I've gained. What is the reason for this?
And for the record, I'm looking for some encouragement to go for 21 days instead of just ten, which was my original intent.
