I thought this quote from Dr. John Tilden, M.D., might be of interest [in answer to your last question]: "Normal persons are deadly to all germs and parasites peculiar to the human habitat." So yes, I am of the view that "a strong immune system" does [in fact] "kill off " all parasites. The challenge for most of us, of course, is being healthy enough to have that strong of an immune system!

You need to go slow with the meds and herbs because you won't know what you are reacting to if you have a reaction. Start with one broad spectrum wormer and see what happens.

This is a reply to # 2,195,751Albenza seems to be the gold standard. But if you think the issue is your liver and liver flukes, thats something totally different. What do you mean when you refer to getting "bugs" out? Is that just a generic term or does something youre passing look like an actual bug? You almost have to poop into a container and go digging.. a lot of evidence gets lost in the toilet.

This is a reply to # 2,195,993Yeah, I don't hunt for them in the bowl. The only time I see them is when I blast them with a jet stream.
I have seen one that looks like a ropeworm, wooden chip, and sesame seeds. I've got pictures of them floating in the bowl on my phone.

These are in most common wormers for dogs. I am guessing they arent as hard on the body and liver in particular.

Dont talk about things you dont know. Alinia is for specific kind of parasites, often fro Cryptosporodium, which most healthy people never catch; sometimes is given for liver flukes like Fasciolisis, or rarely for Giardia.
You need to be specific; you seem to just dabble in generalities, and STOP THIS.

To make ‘DE' more effective, take 3 to 10 grams a day vitamin ‘C’. Will all so help the liver. A complete vitamin, mineral regimen would even be better. Has worked for me for over 50 years.…dez...

Like I stated before, I'm a BIG fan of DE.
By the way, I do DE + Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) + MSM on an empty stomach.
MSM, according to ICU's topical protocol, is beneficial because it inhibits parasite's ability to stick to your intestinal walls.
Just something to add to your regimen. It is pretty cheap. I recommend getting the actual powder which is pure MSM. No capsules, no fillers etc. 1/4 tsp gives about 1 g of MSM. It tastes a little bitter but as soon as it hits saliva, it gives a cooling effect.
