What and how did you eat after your fast? Consume water also, even though you may be drinking juices. I also finished my 10 day fast. I broke it with half a glass of freshly squeezed organic orange juice.
I lost 15 lbs in 10 days. Rashes will go eventually. I suggest you sit and do deep breathing exercises, twice a day. I am sure you know abdominal breathing.
I only drink warm water during my fast and during my re-feeding time. It helps me in many ways.
