First, this post was/is mainly for the Morgellons group. I have cross-posted to other groups for the sake of those who may relate to it.
For those interested in reading what I have to say today I refer you to an earlier thread for some working background that I still presently am adhering to, working within the framework of, in large part at this point (this does not mean that this is not subject to change in any future time). You may do well to read the first post there before proceeding:

I have been paying close attention to the nematode portion, to cycles.
Those so-called sugar snakes in the nomenclature at some Morgellons sites?
Females from what I've been able to examine, put together in investigation. I've caught them laden with eggs. I've caught them emptied of eggs. I've caught them in between, as in partially loaded. And I've caught them, with nothing in them, with a smaller, more obviously fillarial, male, likely in the act of making more of what they are.
Eggs. I've wised up. Know what to look for and when I've come across some. I've caught just emerging hatchlings coming from them. I've caught young hatchlings before they could make more trouble/misery and removed them via wipes.
What does this mean? From here right now it simply means I've been paying attention to details. I have found it helpful in the misery department to catch the eggs and young hatchlings on the skin surface and remove them. Most of my attention is on the head, including face, as this is the most troublesome thing for me.
As some who have followed my postings since I came here may know I was able to catch the few lesions that appeared early in this trial and eliminate them, and stopped any more. A return to my usually healthful diet is what did, and continues to do, this, in the largest part. I do have some scarring however from those few lesions that did appear.
I have continuted to remove from time to time for simple examination the protozoa (as in slime mold expression)/nematode hunting fungus part. I mention this in passing as it is included in the complex I am dealing with. I have not payed express detailed attention to this factor. Yet.
I have found out that being aggressive dealing with the protozoa/fungal portion without the same toward the nematode factor results in a huge increase of the nematode load on the skin surface. The balance between the two is thrown out of whack.
It also appears that those who put the protozoa/fungal portion together were not able to over-ride the nematode hunting fungus' propensity to, "farm," nematodes, i.e., not wipe them all out, leaving some to propogate thus ensuring a continuous supply of food.
I have arrived at a delivery system for substances to the skin surface that is relatively simple, reliable, inexpensive, and effective. That would be foaming soaps. Those dispensers that put out a foam soap have been drafted. Key in using is getting the solution just right, as in ratios of soap/water/substances. I have a couple dedicated bottles. One is to a tar and aloe vera foam. The other to an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial formulation.
A third is used for other things as I deem fit. I put together a cypermethrin foam that has proven effective. I don't advise anyone else to use this. I experimented with it twice, as in two days in a row, and it did a good knockdown. Still, this is not without danger.
As to use of foams in general, I apply over body surface, wait 30 minutes, then shower off, using another foam or more mundane soap to clean up/off.
I am trying to get away from the Big Gun drugs Ivermectin and Fenbendazole that I have employed. They never take it all the way out and soon enough are not effective at all. That they can be rotated in later with some effectiveness is noted. Also noted is that effectiveness has proven less and less for shorter and shorter windows of Relief. So it is to other strategies for living with the Thing.
Right now this is the spices and herbs incorporated into food, along with combinations of just herbs/spices, the use of foams, the habit of swiping and removing things from the head/face (particularly before bedtime) and a lint brush to pillow, sheets every night before retiring.
Other usual household cleaning chores accomplished as a norm. I have found, some time ago, that a manic over-doing in this department is useless in completely eradicating the Thing from the environment. Can't be done. It is ubiquitious not only in my home but in the environment at large. When I did the manic washing and cleaning it just wore me to a frazzle and did zilch in fighting off the Thing. It was also Expensive, as my home is all electric. The electric bill with all the washing, drying and vacuuming tripled.
There has been a huge decrease in, "flying insect," larvae, frass, and parts. That would be the myiasis factor that has occurred with plenty of sufferers. I do see this as a secondary, such being attacted to the bacteria the nematode portion farms as well as to the protozoa/fungal portion. I read up about attractors in general and systematically cut them down, upped the ante in the prevention sweepstakes, and see very much next to nil of any of that.
Employing the occam's razor tactic was valuable. I have been able to ditch the ridiculous, in my situation, "fiber," nomenclature. In my estimation, and that is what it is, my estimation, the whole mainstream media bit about, "The Fiber Disease," was a psyop. A distraction. A red herring. Those, "fibers," are worms and fungal hyphae. There must have been enough people contacting the CDC that this (what appears to me to be) disinfo campaign was launched to throw the whole thing into the Hyper-Fantastic, intentionally painting those who suffered blatant symptoms as Fringe and ultimately, Nut Cases.
I know that there are others who think the Thing is this, the Thing is that, as in some that are convinced they have The Answer. And I won't argue or debate their points of view.
I am just reporting what I've found in my case. The physical evidence parallels that of many others in the pics presented over the years in various web pages.
Notice that I said many, and not all.
I know better than to do that.
And better than to set Rock Solid that what it appears I've uncovered in my own case is the Be All and End All Answer.

"I cured my morgellons disease using sound science."
See A B C above.
You lack:
1. Microscopy skills.
2. Sterile culture technique
3. Understanding and proper application of Scientific Method.
I lack none of those things.
Your tactics at Topix and here relegate you to a particular status, place in the scheme of things, that you have achieved for yourself.
Readers can judge what that status is, represents, for themselves.
Bottom line, people: Beware the one(s) with The One Answer.
Even an, "Insider," would not/could not provide The One Blanket Answer, due to the multiple facets, things going on.
There are a number of things going on under the flag of, "Morgellons."
Compartmentalization. Multiple programs. Multiple tests, experiments. Variations on themes. And separate themes altogether. Then there is the category of accidents/escapes and attempts at remediation.
Folks, I was reading this and that and the other when blatant symptoms manifested.
There came a time I stopped the to and fro.
Dusted off past technical skills, buckled down and got to work.
What I've found appears to be shared with a number of sufferers.
Not all.
The lead post in this thread represents what I've come to at this point, after stopping the to and fro, buckling down, applying those skills.
As implied in the first post, it does not represent the Be All End All Answer.
It Could Not. It Does Not.
Also, as stated in the first post, it is a relaying of what has been found thus far in my case.
It has been a process of elimination.
Of testing.
This includes elimination of some previous suppositions.
Some theories tested and disproven.
That there is more to be found is of no doubt.
More explicit details will be found regarding this particular tangent of suffering.
If not by me.... I'm old.... by others.
It is my hope that with additions, and eliminations, zeroing in will occur on finely honed details, specifics, for the particular tangent of affliction I've investigated.
No one has the One Blanket Answer for, "Morgellons."
To attempt to claim so is folly.
To believe such, is folly.
