I tried to drink it every 2 hrs, but ultimately, I drank whenever I felt hungry. I noticed in the morning that sometimes that seemed to be sooner than 2 hours, and then in the afternoon it was longer than 2 hours. I tried to drink the minimum of 6-10 oz
glasses, because that's what you should do if interested in reduction, according to the book. The first two days, though, I was right at the max of 12 glasses, lol. I made sure I drank half my body weight in water by drinking at least one glass of water after every lemonade. I just finished 10 days yesterday. This was my first time ever doing a fast and I will definitely do it again! This board and a friend who did it with me were VERY supportive in getting me through it.
