I'm sitting here on the morning of day two...I feel okay. Last night was the dark night of the soul. I was processing about two thousand food cravings in about a minute, non-stop for hours, it was hard. I was also having restless sleep and around 5 o'clock in the morning, stomach cramps began from the laxative tea....ooooohhhhwwhhhhheeee! So I'm getting ready to drink my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
and then another day. I have also quit smoking at the same time and amazingly I don't think about it that much because my thoughts are more on food, good distraction :-). I'm still feeling kind of groggy and tired. Any suggestions. By the way who else is on day 2?
