Due to your swollen lymph nodes in groin & kidney pain, suspect a buildup of die-off & toxins in your urinary tract.
Suggest you stop taking the Albendazole & Ivermectin for 3 days. And no Doxycycline.
Important you drink several glasses of fluids daily to keep the urinary system flowing & to flush out the die-off!
Following beverages are great diuretics: Cranberry juice, lemonade, carrot juice, orange juice, tea w/lemon juice, dandelion tea, green tea, coffee, & sodas.
To boost the immune system & ward off any other infection brewing, take 2 Vitamin C tabs, 500mg, twice daily, AM/PM.

After resting for 3 days, take 1 dose of Albendazole w/aprox 40g fat in morning & 1 dose of Ivermectin at bedtime, on empty stomach, w/water, for 3 days.
Rest for 3 days, then do another 3 days of above meds.
Have my fingers crossed that this pulse method of meds will gradually thin out the herd & lessen the die-off side effects.
Depending on how well it goes, you might be able to increase the meds dosage.
Keep us posted on your progress. Sending healing thought your way.

I'm posting my reply to your PM on the forum since others often ask about methods to deal with die-off issues.
Keep drinking lot of fluids/juices & your bowels moving regularly to remove die-off & toxins from your urinary/GI tracts.
Recommend daily hot bath soaks with 1 cup of Borax, epson salts, dead sea salts, hydrogen peroxide, or apple cider vinegar added, as well as bathing with salt gel scrubs, exfoliating soaps, & sulfur soaps.
Ivermectin horse paste mixed with diaper rash cream (w/40% zinc oxide) draws out encysted parasites, eggs, & larva & heals skin & soft tissue.
Sulfur ointments are also effective as drawing agents & healing the skin. Check EBay, drugstores, & Walmart for these brands: Sulfur8 2% Medicated Ointment & DeLaCruz 10% Sulfur Ointment.

Your PM to me:
"Hey ICU,
This afternoon I believe there is a fairly large die off going on. My skin is even more oily than usual. I am extremely anxious, heart rate is high. I took a cloth w/ alcohol, wiped my eyebrows, and with microscope and packing tape I can see mass exodus of vermin. I see little dots all in my eyebrows. I feel them crawling on my scalp and everywhere else....hard not to freak out !! Nauseated, but I expected that.
Just touching bases..thanks for your help."

Good luck & keep us posted on your progress within this thread instead of PMs. That way, others benefit from your feedback & can offer their suggestions.

shazam:
Your headache, puffy red eyes, pain behind eye, light sensitivity, & clogged up head are symptoms of a sinus infection. It might be caused by die-off and/or the toxins they release.
To decongest your sinuses & reduce the inflammed tissue, suggest you take an OTC sinus/nasal decongestant & pain reliever med. Check labels for those ingredients. Skip those containing antihistamines.
Recommend you stop taking Benadryl. It's not a decongestant. It's an oral antihistamine for runny nose, itchy body rashes, & allergic reactions to bug bites & other types of meds. Large doses are too drying on congested/swollen sinus tissues & can cause headaches.
I suffer from chronic sinusitis & have tried a zillion products. We're all different, so what works for one person may not for another. This product provides the most effective relief for me:
"Equate Sinus Congestion & Pain": Dosage is 2 tablets. Each tablet contains Acetaminophen (aka Tylenol) 325mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, & Phenylephrine HCl 5mg. Available at Wal-Mart or check drugstores for store-brand equivalent.
Also suggest you rub Vicks VapoRub on painful areas....frontal sinuses, around nose, dab in front of each nostril, & back of eyelids. The fumes will cause your eyes to water but so worth it for the penetrating pain relief you get.
I find that taking a 1-2hr catnap as a chaser to the tabs & Vicks is the magic bullet for sinus relief! (meow meow)
