Hi.

I recently bought some brazil nuts to eat instead of taking a selenium supplement.

Is it possibly to overdose on selenium by eating a lot of brazil nuts?

I heard that 2 nuts has over 200mcg of selenium!

I find them so tasty.

  Selenium content of brazil nuts varies greatly. Depends on the soil the nuts are grown in. Within bag variation is large also.
