This is a reply to # 2,174,881Isn't that "Iodine Crises" a wonderful book? Author Lynne Farrow did an amazing job writing that book.
Yes, we generally start Iodine with co-supplements all at the same time including 1/2 tsp natural salt daily. We only do the salt loading or pulse dosing in case of severe detox symptoms.

This is a reply to # 2,174,917Absolutely a great book. Read it in one weekend and keep referring back to it. Bought a copy for my doctor who was very open to it.

This is a reply to # 2,174,932I bought 24 of her books & handed them out in church and to neighbors. Those people also bought books for their neighbors & friends. Over 100 books in all.
The local Amish store bought 25 books for his church members.
