Ferventer
Its a slow and gradual process and can be hard to notice things from day to day but looking back over months one can often see the change.
With that being said, are you taking all the cosupplements?
While there is no doubt
Iodine is good for a great many things its not the do all and be all of nutritional health, just one of the most common deficiencies we all face.
Any time there is an energy issue, brain issue or skin issue thats not resolved by iodine, one has to look closely at the B vitamins. They play a crucial role in energy production, cell replication (including red blood cells which carry oxygen) and nerve function. Most brain/cognitive issues benefit greatly from proper B supplementation.
What I strive for is:
Jarrow B-right complex 2x a day
solgar metafolin 800mcg 2x a day
source naturals dibencosise and methylcobalamin 10-40mg each per day. day(split into up to 4 doses) let dissolve between cheeck and gum for at least 45 minutes
niacin (nicotinic acid) currently at 500mg 4x a day, working up to 3000mg.
