(Note: Ivermectin Dosage Amended on 5-20-14)
GiWi -
Your liver & hip pain may be due to an infection from liver and/or pancreatic flukes & blockage of the bile ducts from die-off.
Instead of repeating the Albendzole & Praziquantel protocol, suggest you try an alternate method to directly target flukes in the organs of the GI tract, clear any blockage, & release toxins that have built up.
This treatment involves the systemic parasite drug Ivermectin & two liver support supplements, Milk Thistle & NAC (N-acetyl cysteine).
Suggested Treatment:
(1) Ivermectin, 1 dose before bedtime, & 1 dose in morning, on empty stomach, for 7 days on, 2 days off. After the morning dose, wait 1-2 hrs before eating.
Then continue above dosage for 2 days on, 2 days off, until symptoms subside.
Post treatment, 1 dose before bedtime every 7 days for 4 weeks to prevent reinfection from any leftover encysted eggs & larva.
This length of treatment may require several weeks, depending on the severity of your parasite burden.
The die-off in your stools will vary, depending on life cycle stage & fluke species. You might see tan, white, black, pink, red, brown, or yellow blobs, flakes, fleshy chunks, pointed pod-like shapes, rolled-up tomato-like skins, leaf shapes, tiny worms, brown sticks, loose tan/yellow stools, etc. On the other hand, most of the die-off may be within the stool.
If you have a co-infection with other parasites in the GI tract, you might see these in your stools too since Ivermectin is a wide-spectrum antiparasitic drug.
For dosage & ordering info, scroll down to Ivermectin section: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1586882#i. In your case, omit the Albendazole & antibiotics noted in the protocol.
Recommend the Ivermectin horse paste vs the pour-on suspension. It's easier to calculate dosage & doesn't taste as strong as the suspension.
Horse Paste Dosage Instructions:
-- Each cartridge treats 1,250lbs & has notches marked at 50-100lb intervals. The number of notches & markers varies among the different brands manufactured in the US. Overseas brands show weight in kg.
-- Calculate your approximate body weight in 25 lbs increments. For example, if you weigh 145 lb, round up to 150; if you weigh 180 lb, round down to 175, etc.
-- Your calculation doesn't have to be "exact"...in fact, it's better to fudge & measure more rather than less.
-- To measure your dose, move the grooved dial til the 0 mark shows on the left edge.
-- Turn the dial one small click for each 25lbs of body weight. Four clicks would = 100lbs, 7 clicks would = 175lbs, etc.
Mix it with soft food, e.g., yogurt, ice cream, pudding, applesauce, etc. You may add sugar or sweetener to mask the yucky taste. Or you can dispense a dose on a piece of wax paper, freeze until firm, & swallow it w/water or beverage like a pill.
You'll need several cartridges, & they range in price from $5 to $8 ea plus shipping. You can also use the paste to relieve itching in the perianal area.
Suggest you check EBay Item #231178556451, Seller bmcbluemuddcharters. This listing is for 12 cartridges w/free shipping for $32. Make an offer for less...my offer of $26 was recently accepted.
After treatment is completed, you can store any leftover cartridges in the freezer.
(2) Milk Thistle, 1 tab, 125mg, twice daily. This supplement helps to repair impaired liver functions & provides support in eliminating toxins. Benefits: http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-milk-thistle.html.
(3) NAC (N-acetyl cysteine), 1 tab, 600mg, 3 times daily. This supplement restores intracellular levels of glutathione (GSH), which is the body’s most powerful antioxidant. GSH helps to remove toxins & restore liver functioning. Benefits: http://www.liverdoctor.com/n-acetyl-cysteine/

For the supplements, check drugstores, Wal-Mart, or local/online health food/vitamin shops. I usually order from Swanson.com, but you may have a favorite site of your own. I'm a tad lazy (I tend to take a lotta catnaps), & ordering online & having it delivered sure beats wasting gas, time, & driving around town to find stuff. (lol)
(4) Suspect the white residue in your underwear pic is due to a vaginal yeast infection. This can cause itching & burning in both the genitourinary & perianal areas. Info & tips on dealing with this: http://www.webmd.com/women/tc/vaginal-yeast-infections-topic-overview
Since you've already tried Miconazole 200mg, suggest you switch to the suppository type & for a longer treatment period.
Recommend Mycelex-7, the tablet/suppository version with an applicator. It includes a small tube of cream to apply topically. Insert tab before bedtime & wear pantiliners or thin pads 24/7 to protect your underwear from the messy discharge as the tab dissolves. Be sure to use it for the full 7 days, even if symptoms subside, to prevent reinfection.
For perianal itching, mix Ivermectin horse paste w/diaper rash cream (w/40% zinc oxide) & apply after every bowel movement. This is a greasy white cream mixture, so remember to wear underwear protection 24/7.
