First off sorry for so many questions but your answers are much appreciated.

Currently on day 6 of the plan following it inch perfect! After day 2 the coating on my tongue was nearly red again, then day 5 and today day 6 the coating has started going back to the white colour, I'm just trying to understand what it could mean?

Also the coating is a lot worse upon waking regardless, should I take a bed time dose of CF?
