I feel like my body is lacking so much in beneficial bacteria I mite not see many improvements until the balanced is changed.
I have been opening a capsule of probiotic and pouring it onto a skin rash I have, and this is the most improvement I have seen so far! Also when I had a stool test my good bacteria came back really low.
Would it be worth to add in maybe a small amount of probiotic before week 7?
