I have 4 months of totally free time with my only focus to get rid of candida which I've had for 10 years. I'm going to give a brief outline of my plan along with diet and daily routine and would just like your opinion if I can improve on anything or if you agree with all?
I have purchased your plan and I will be taking it along with canxida (here is the ingredient list -

For 3 months I will be taking canxida along with your supplements and for the 4th month only I will be taking just your probiotics and detox essentials. I do wonder if using any probiotics before then would be ok? Maybe sniffing or putting them on my tongue as I have quite bad candida in my sinus.
My sleep schedule is around going to bed at 1am and waking at 10am. I don't do much exercise at the moment just 1 bike ride a week, I was thinking of greatly improving on my fitness with a bike ride once a day and if/when I have the energy some trips to the gym also?
I will be having a bath everyday after my evening meal. I don't have the stress of a job and all my family know what i'm going to do during this 4 months so there is also no pressure of being forced to a job and my family is understanding.
The diet
Breakfast will be eggs/some veg juicing.
Snacks - Brown rice cakes or plain potato chips
Lunch - meat/fish with veg/potatoe or plan fries
Dinner - meat/fish with veg/potatoe or plan fries
Lastly I am on thyroid/adrenal medication, my plan is to only try and wean them towards of very end of the plan or once i'm as close back to normal as possible so there is a lot less stress on my body.
