David Brownstein's prestentation on youtube lists ALA as one of the T4 to T3 inhibitors. I've been taking ALA in the morning shortly after taking Lugol's. You think I should move it to later in the day?

  Your body doesnt just convert T4 to T3 when you take iodine. that process happens throughout the day and night as needed.
