Try magnesium. I'm currently using Dr's Best because it absorbs easily. Also, take a bath with either Epsom Salts
or (as I do) magnesium chloride. You can take the magnesium chloride internally as well. When you're low on magnesium, you're also low on potassium which increases anxiety as well. B6 (best as p5p) helps magnesium do its work.
It's really easy to get magnesium depleted: detoxing, stress, inflammation, etc all deplete magnesium stores.
If you take a lot of magnesium you can get diarrhea because magnesium is a bit tough on the intenstines. Dr's Best hardly has this effect, but magnesium chloride does. Take magnesium chloride with lots of water and spread out through the day.
Take magnesium with something acidic to offset its alkalinity. This way, the acidity of the stomach doesn't drop so much.
