Controversial subject is B12...I know your stance...I know what vegans say, I know what meat eaters say…

Well here is my story. I went vegan for 4 months last summer, then I started having severe B12 deficiency
SO YOU WENT MEDICAL AND THEY HAVE A TEST THAT TELLS YOU THIS? THIS WOULD SUGGEST YOU ARE A VERY MEDICAL MINDED PERSON, BECAUSE TO DATE, I HAVE NEVER KNOWN ANYONE TO 'KNOW" THEY WERE LACKING B12
(weak, poor concentration, cracks in tongue and sides of mouth.
ALL SIGNS OF CONSTIPATION / EXPELLING WASTE
Im not saying its from lack of meat,
YIKES
but I have had low stomach acid
AND YOU KNOW THIS?
HAVING NO ACID IN THE STOMACH WOULD BE THE ULTIMATE GOAL
for a while and from what I know, even the fruitarian out there say you have to have some gastric juice to make intrinsic factor to abosrb B12…
ALL CRAZY TALK, NOTHING I HAVE READ IN BOOK I BY THE DR., SO I SUGGEST YOU ARE SURFING THE INTERNET READING TRASH AND CAN NOT BELIEVE BOOK I WHAT SO EVER……..WHICH IS GOOD TO DO, BECAUSE WITHIN 20 YEARS YOU WILL CYCLE BACK TO BOOK I AFTER YOU HAVE TRTIED WHAT THE WORLD HAS TO WRITE.
MY OPINION IF YOU ARE LUCKY.
Low stomach acid might sound good but I understand that is allows pathogenic bacteria
AGAIN, HAVE TO SAY YOU ARE CRACKERS OR BASICALLY THE OPPOSITE OF BOOK I AUTHOR AND OPPOSITE OF BOOK I IS GOING BACKWARDS TOWARDS MEDICAL OF TODAY IN MY OPINION...
and yeast to get to places they shouldnt...like SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) is really the underlying issue with crohns disease...and they steal your B vitamins and cause malabsorption etc.
ALL A WASTE OF SPACE FOR THIS FORUM, YOU ARE PEDDLING AT THE WRONG LOCATION.
I have had SIBO issues for a while and when they overgrow...I know they are screwing with my B12,
B 12 IS A SCREWY WORLDLY SUBJECT, NOT SOMETHING FOR THIS FORUMJ AT ALL, IF IT HAS TO DO WITH VITAMINS, THEN THAT IS WORTHLESS STUFF AND SO MISS LEADING NOT SOMETHING WORTH PUTTING ON THIS FORUM.
because I get gassy and weak feeling, cant concentrate...so i take antibacterial herbs and LBB and it knocks them down again, while sticking to a monosaccaride type carb diet.
DIET IS EVERYTHING, ENOUGH SAID.
Well the other argument for B12 is its made by bacteria in the colon and stored in the liver…
ALL TRASH, NOT A SUBJECT FOR HERE---TAKE IT TO THE VITAMIN FORUMS.
I have suspected since I know my liver still has issues and Im working on the colon..maybe theres a connection?
I really really like the idea of as you say 'human food diet' of fruits and nuts, vines, trees etc
BUT i did really try it and when i started to add a little meat in small amounts...and taking herbs to assist the digestion...my symptoms improved
Not trying to argue...I really want to believe in the fruitatian way...
any advice?

I saw in colon book, Doc. says hormone imbalance is congested colon...your thoughts?
APPLY WHAT DR. CHRISTOPHER WROTE AS FAR AS HERBS GO, IGNORE EVERYTHING HE WROTE ABOUT ACID, HE WAS "BACKWARDS" ABOUT PH AND THAT IS WHY HE FAIL OVER BACKWARDS INTO A COMA FOR 1 YEAR BEFORE THEY PULLED THE PLUG ON HIM…
