Am posting my reply to your PM on the Parasite Drugs Forum since others often ask similar questions about pinworms & roundworms.
For your daughter's intestinal symptoms, recommend the Mebendazole (Vermox) Drug Treatment Protocol: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1564827#i. Scroll down to "Pinworm Info" & follow the dosage instructions for children.
For your systemic symptoms, recommend the Albendazole (Albenza) Drug Treatment Protocol: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1566532#i.
If you need info on ordering Albendazole & Mebendazole, let me know & I'll send you a PM with pharma links.
If you or your daughter still have symptoms after a couple of treatment cycles, I'll recommend a different protocol. But let's cross that bridge later -- hopefully, it won't be necessary.
Dogs & cats should be dewormed on a periodic basis, especially if they have access to outdoors or contact with other animals.
They should also be treated periodically with flea & tic-killing products, since these pests are often carriers for parasites.
If pets are infected with roundworms, tapeworms, fleas, and/or tics, then you're likely to become infected with parasites too.
For your puppy, suggest you buy roundworm & tapeworm dewormers at a local pet store & follow the dosage & schedule info. Keep track of treatment on a calendar & reminders of dates to treat again. If it has fleas, you can purchase powders & shampoos locally.
Good luck in your parasite battle!
Please keep the forum updated on your progress. Feedback benefits others who are fighting the same battle!

Your PM to me:
"Hi ICU. I've been reading your posts on different parasite protocols and I have a couple questions?
I believe my main problem right now is roundworms. We got a puppy who had it bad and now me and me daughter are both showing symptoms. I have stomach upset, cramping, digestion problem. In the early stages I was passing nothing but mucus, much like the puppy. I can feel a crawling sensation in my anus but it's higher up than that because when I try and feel it I can't feel anything. Now that sensation has eased and I am itching in my anus something awful. My daughter is also itchy and her stomach is more bloated than usual, even in the mornings. She has complained of stomach pain but has mostly normal stools. However we have both passed white stuff in our stools that look like bits of round worm to me. It's hard to say though.
I have even taking an herbal dewormer and now I can feel crawling sensations all over my body. I'm worried I drove them out of my digestive tract. Will the dewormer still be able to reach worms that are not in the digestive tract?
We went to the doctor and were laughed out the door. However, a colleague of ours agreed to see us and help. He said the anal itching is probably pinworms and told us to get some Pinx and re-treat in a couple weeks.
So here's what I'm wondering. What if we treat for pinworms but it turns out we also have roundworms and the Pinx is not strong enough to treat it. It's a single dose medicine. Can we create drug resistant worms that way?
Also, reading your protocols sound promising. I was wondering if we can do more than one protocol at once. For instance, albendazole along with mebdenazole?
Also one more question. My daughter is four and she weighs 40 pounds. What is the proper dose for the various medicines in the protocols? Is it the same for people of all ages and weights?
Thanks so much if you can help me. I would really appreciate it. I'm freaking out over this."
