Its impossible to answer. How old is the dog ? What breed ? What have you been feeding her ? Male or female ? Health history ?
Yes you might get some weird answers by people poking in the dark because they want to sound smart , or they want to help, but its impossible for any reasonable answer in the absence of more information.
Nevertheless, I'll offer that if its a pea-sized lump, that's nothing. I know people who have bean sized lumps that have lived with them for decades. OMG, what you gonna spend on the dog ? $5000 ? $10,000 , a million bucks on vet fees ? I don't know anything but feed a dog its natural diet, which isn't store-bought soybean/corn laden granular chunks, its evil to feed a dog store-bought food. Dogs eat guts, and crap they find in the yard, that's their code. Human discardments are dogs' meals and it can even be a few days old, but not too old, even a dog will sniff stuff it won't eat. But guess what, they even eat shittt if it smells good. It'd be like taking a buzzzard that's used to eating dead deer and squirrels, and start feeding them commercial "buzzard chow" that's full of corn and soybean crapola, then say "my buzzard has a lump up its asss, what should I do ? These people on here don't know anything, but Nature teaches, if you have ears to listen. Commercial dog food is evil. They only eat it because they are hungry and you pen them up and that is all they can have. Set them free and watch them go eat what they NEED. Just like people , they "trust" their masters. Some fools have a choice, other fools don't.
