The Plan works very effectively. We have seen it reverse conditions and always improve symptoms. It isn't a treatment for every condition in the book, but in general can always help by reducing levels of inflammation throughout the body by correcting fungal candida back to its normal yeast form, boosting the appropriate immune response, detoxifying the body, and helping to restore normal tissue flora. All of these things in turn help to create better balance and improve healing.
