My hair tests have shown high copper from the very first test so it's easy to see that I am high copper. However, I certainly believe that those with low or even "normal" copper numbers can have hidden copper toxicity. I personally have spent a lot of time reading Dr. Wilson's site, www.drlwilson.com and trust the Science
behind all this. He and Dr. Paul Eck worked very closely together for many years. Do your own research and also be sure you ask your practitioner all your questions. He or she should be able to explain why they recommend the supplements that you should be on.
Be aware that NB is not mineral replacement but using minerals to bring up certain levels and lower others. Again, I refer you to Dr. Wilson's site. The information on hidden copper toxicity is very enlightening.
Also, once you are on the right supplements, some chelation will go on. We would all like to feel better right away, but we have to eliminate the bad stuff, and it can cause us to feel worse before we get well.
